5 Self- Care Benefits of Practicing Gratitude and How to do it.

In the face of the new normal of life it can be challenging to try to take control back of the things that felt out of our control. We may not be able to control the things going on around us but we can control the things going on inside of us.

For example the shelfs may not be as abundant as we have seen in the past and the quality of the produces or services being received as lesser after COVID do to people finding there own way of making money and not wanting to go back to the work place. So we are all having to make adjustments and adapt to the new normal. It’s like we’re all trying to find our own way. First thing is to be aware of is our feelings.

How you are feeling about yourself has a great effect on self care. If you’re feeling low about yourself it can sometimes be difficult to take care of yourself and feelings manifest in our life in one way or another; so make sure to work through your feelings in a healthy way for healthy manifestation.


Here are some tips to promote self care in your life for peace, love, and abundance using Gratitude.

  1. Use a dedicated notebook or journal to write down the things, places, and people you are thankful for daily.

  2. Recognize each day as a gift. Remember each new day is a chance at an opportunity to achieve the goals you want to experiences.

  3. Use crystals by carrying them on you to generate the energy of gratitude. (I carry a gratitude crystal/stone in my pocket or bag so every time I touch it or see it I give thanks for something at that moment. It helps to reminded me of what’s important and re-center myself.) Also a crystal necklace will work nicely.

  4. Try using crystals to mediate with. Place the gratitude crystals near you (under your pillow if your laying down) or place them in the palms of your hands while you medicate. Good crystal to use Angel Aura Quartz, Tiger’s Eye, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, or citrine.

  5. Lite an intention candle using the element of fire and speaking your works of gratitude using the element of air. Hold the crystals in the palms of your hands as your speak your words of gratitude as the element of earth. Tap into your feelings of being thankful in the moment of lighting the candle as the element of water.

Which in turn brings you healthy manifestation into your life such as a deep loving relationship; or the ultimate goal of the ability to achieve the things you desirer.
