What is a Dark Moon you may ask?

To get to the point a dark moon is when the Moon is at its darkest phase, which occurs when it is in its waning phase and close to being completely invisible in the sky. In the spiritual since the dark moon is a time for inner reflection, rest, and renewal.

It is a time for releasing anything that no longer serves you and setting intentions for what you want to manifest in your life. Use the dark moon ritual at this time, below you will find the process to perform this ritual.

Keep track of your dark moon rituals and manifestations in a personal journal or use the link to download a Dark Moon printable calendar to help keep track of your magick dates. The Dark Moon journal is coming soon for download to record your magick performances. Get both the Moon phase calendar and journal to be intentional about what you are manifesting in your life.

Here are the 5 steps:

1. Prepare your space: Set up a special altar or sacred space in your home that you can use for this ritual. You can include items like candles, crystals, incense, and other objects that help you connect with the dark moon energies.

2. Ground yourself: Take a few moments to ground and center yourself by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath. Feel the energy of the Earth beneath you and allow it to fill you with peace and calmness.

3. Release what no longer serves you: Take some time to reflect on what it is that you are ready to let go of at this moment – be it negative emotions, unhealthy habits, or limiting beliefs. Visualize these things leaving your body as you breathe out, being released into the Universe for transformation and healing.

4. Set intentions for new beginnings: When you are ready, shift your focus to set intentions for what new things or experiences that you would like to bring into your life during this cycle. Visualize these things entering into your life as if they already exist and feel the joy of their presence within yourself as if they already are here now!

5. Give gratitude: Finish up by expressing gratitude for all that has been released from your life during this cycle and all that is yet to come in its place!
