The Waxahachie Love Lock Wall in Waxahachie, Texas that's located 30 miles outside of Dallas Texas. The Love Lock Wall can be found in downtown Waxahachie, which is also home to the historic Waxahachie courthouse. The courthouse was built in 1894 and was designed and decorated by stone mason Harry Herley, who replaced a wooden courthouse that cost the city a hefty sum of money.
